HOURLY SUPPORT SERVICES

​For those customers who prefer to bring their equipment in to us, many upgrades and forms of service can be performed at our shop while-you-wait. An in-house diagnostic (up to 30 minutes) is a flat fee of $50, and in-house work is performed at $149/hr. We provide regular on-site service weekdays (8AM to 6PM) at $189/hr.

Prepaid Service Hours:

Customers within Santa Cruz County can purchase prepaid service hours at a substantial discount from our standard per-call rate. Service do not expire and can be used during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM, excluding holidays). Flexible plans are available starting at just 10 hours.  Higher rates apply outside Santa Cruz County.​​​​
