We provide regular on-site service at $110/hr (8AM-5PM, weekdays) within Santa Cruz County. Emergency after hours support is also available at $130/hr with a one hour minimum. Our field repair specialists remain on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We strive for same day service and complete customer satisfaction.
In-house service is available at out shop Monday through Friday from 8AM-6PM. In-house diagnostic is a flat fee of $50. In-house labor rates are $95/hr.

Maintenance Contracts: | Unlimited hardware support
contract: User-Friendly Computing will provide you with unlimited repair or
replacement for equipment failure. We guarantee an on-site presence within 8
business hours (M-F, 8-5) of the initial service call. Software issues are not
covered by this contract. Pricing is based on an on-site evaluation.
Flat-Rate Service contracts: For a flat monthly fee, User-Friendly Computing can provide your organization with basic maintenance service plus a limited number of monthly support hours (e.g., $600/mo for up to 8 hours of service per month). Contracts are tailored to meet your particular needs, and pricing is based on an on-site evaluation. Prepaid time blocks: Customers can purchase prepaid service hours at a substantial discount from our standard per-call rate:
