Company Profile
User-Friendly Computing
was established in November, 1993 by Peter Huemer
and
Valerie Bettenhausen. Having worked
for a number of other consulting companies since 1985, Peter had come to
recognize a real need for professional on-site computer service in Santa
Cruz County. Today, our satisfied
clientele includes hundreds of local businesses, governmental entities,
organizations, and private parties.
Our Mission
Our customers greatest return on investment comes from
the careful design and implementation of a coherent information technology framework. At User-Friendly Computing, we guide our customers through
todays minefield of choices and pitfalls to provide them with the proper technology
foundation, training, and support. We are a full-service company, providing consulting
services, network installation, maintenance, training, support, sales, and
service.
